상세 설명
이 연구의 목적은 근육 내 전기 자극을 사용한 발통점 건식 자침이 아급성 및 만성 요통(LBP) 환자의 통증 및 장애를 감소시키는 데 있어 발통점 건식 자침 단독보다 더 효과적인지 평가하는 것입니다.
조사관은 William Beaumont 육군 의료 센터 및 모든 관련 클리닉에서 현역 군인 또는 수혜자 30명을 모집할 주제 내 무작위 교차 연구를 사용하고 있습니다.
조사자들은 요통이 있는 개인이 통증유발점 건침을 단독으로 받을 때보다 근육 내 전기 자극으로 유발점 건침을 받을 때 통증과 장애가 더 크게 개선될 것이라는 가설을 세웠습니다.

- 현재 4주 이상 요통을 경험하고 있음(요통은 방사선 유무에 관계없이 T12 척추 아래 통증으로 정의됨) 군인 또는 DOD 수혜자(모든 부서, 18-65세)
제외 기준:
- 구조적 기형(강직성 척추염, 척추측만증)
- 피험자가 허리 운동을 수행하지 못하게 할 수 있는 다른 정형외과적 상태가 있음
- 종양
- 척추 감염 또는 국소 감염
- 임신 - 모든 여성 피험자는 혈청 또는 소변 임신 검사를 받게 됩니다.
- 척수 압박 또는 말총 증후군
- 약속을 지킬 수 없는 대상자
- 이전 수술 이력이 있음
- 지난 6개월 동안 건침 또는 침술을 받았음
