사회적, 개인적 자원 개발을 위한 훈련 프로그램과 성인의 정서적, 신체적, 사회적 웰빙에 미치는 영향
본 연구에서는 성인의 사회적 관계를 위한 새로운 심리사회적 훈련이 평가될 것이다. 1년 동안 4개의 3일 모듈과 2개의 5일 모듈로 구성된 6개 모듈 과정에서 참가자는 효과적인 사회적 관계를 구축하고 사회적 존재로서의 기술을 개발하기 위해 개인 자원을 강화하는 방법을 배웁니다. 모듈 과정 사이에 참가자는 교육을 받은 트레이너와 함께 5개의 단일 세션을 수강하고 습득한 개인 및 사회적 기술을 성공적으로 적용하는 10개의 대화/사회적 상황을 문서화합니다. 연구를 위해 총 200명을 모집할 것입니다. 약. 중재 그룹에는 100명의 참가자가 있고 통제 그룹에는 100명의 개인이 있습니다. 훈련 과정 동안 참가자들은 일상 생활에서 인지되는 스트레스 수준을 낮추고, 건강 행동을 개선하고, 일반적인 신체 증상의 존재를 감소시키고, 삶에 대한 만족도를 높이고, 삶의 질을 향상시키는 사회적 및 개인적 기술을 배웁니다. 그들의 사회적 관계와 더 높은 웰빙. 동일한 교육 제공자와 함께 추가 교육 프로그램을 이수한 연구 참가자의 데이터는 이 연구를 위한 추가 추가가 없는 참가자와 비교하여 결과에 미치는 영향을 평가하는 데 사용됩니다.

인간은 스트레스를 다르게 인식하며 개인 및 환경적 요인뿐만 아니라 여러 가지 생체심리사회적 요인이 스트레스를 관리하고 대처하는 방법에 영향을 미칩니다. 탄력성과 같은 개념은 스트레스가 많은 생활 상황의 자기 관리에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 촉진합니다. 계통학적으로 (긍정적인) 스트레스는 인간이 주로 수렵채집인이었던 시대에 싸우거나 도망치는 것과 같은 어렵거나 위험한 상황에서 인간의 적절한 반응을 만들어 냅니다. 그러나 지속적인 스트레스와 스트레스에 충분히 대처하지 못하는 것은 인간의 신체적, 정신적 건강에 여러 가지 부정적인 결과를 초래합니다. 부정적인 스트레스는 심혈관 질환, 암, 호흡기 질환, 우울증을 포함한 정신 질환과 같은 만성 질환의 주요 원인일 뿐만 아니라 우발적인 부상 발생의 원인이기도 합니다. 불충분한 대처는 처음에는 유해한 건강 행동을 초래할 수 있으며 장기적으로 전반적인 이환율과 사망률을 높일 수 있습니다. 이는 개인적, 정서적, 육체적 부담뿐만 아니라 국가의 의료 시스템뿐만 아니라 사회 전체에 대한 재정적 부담을 의미합니다.
반면에 만족스러운 사회적 관계는 스트레스를 완충하고 사람들이 스트레스를 처리하는 방법에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 평생 동안 자신의 건강에 유익한 것으로 나타났습니다. 만족스러운 사회적 관계는 장수로 이어질 수도 있습니다.
본 연구에서 다룰 연구 질문은 다음과 같다.
- 사회적 및 개인적 자원 A)에 대한 1년 교육 프로그램이 결과 매개변수 인지 스트레스 수준, 건강 행동, 일반적인 신체 증상의 존재, 삶에 대한 만족도, 사회적 관계의 질, 대조군과 비교하여 웰빙에 어떤 영향을 미칩니까? B) 통제 그룹에 비해 훈련 목표, 삶의 의미, 일관성, 사회적 및 개인적 자원 및 초월성에 대한 훈련 목표의 인식에 대해? C) 그리고 사회인구학적 특성이 이러한 효과에 어떤 영향을 미치는가?

과거에 다음 과정을 마친 연구 참가자는 중재 그룹에 배정됩니다. 1년 동안 4개의 3일 모듈과 2개의 5일 모듈이 포함된 6개 모듈 과정에서 참가자는 자신의 능력을 강화하는 방법을 배웁니다. 효과적인 사회적 관계를 구축하고 사회적 존재로서의 기술을 개발하기 위한 개인 자원.
모듈 과정 사이에 참가자는 교육을 받은 트레이너와 함께 5개의 단일 세션을 수강하고 새로운 기술을 성공적으로 적용한 10개의 대화/사회적 상황을 문서화합니다.

훈련 방법은 자신의 필요와 다른 사람의 필요 사이의 균형을 유지하기 위해 자신의 공명을 노출할 수 있는 방법을 보여줍니다. 자신만의 공명을 살아간다는 것은 삶의 질 향상, 일과 삶의 균형, 살아 있는 감정과 재능을 통한 전체적인 건강, 평등하고 존중하며 사랑하는 관계, 더 많은 개인적 책임, 진정한 의사 결정을 통해 개인 및 전문 분야에서 새로운 역할 모델을 찾는 것을 의미합니다. 교육 및 세미나의 교육 및 학습 방법은 최신 뇌 연구 상태에 따라 구현되며 새로운 학습 전략, 목표, 열정 및 동기 부여와 관련하여 새로운 관점을 가능하게 합니다.
