알코올 사용과 부정적인 감정 상태의 조합은 특히 자살 위험에 대한 독성 조합입니다. 현재 연구는 군인이 현역에서 재향군인으로의 전환을 겪으면서 알코올/약물 사용/오용 및 우울증의 변화를 조사하고 이 인구의 알코올 오용 및 우울증을 예방/감소하기 위한 개인화된 인터넷 기반 간단한 개입을 제공합니다.
이 연구의 목적은 전환 과정에서 알코올 사용 및 우울증과 관련하여 발생하는 변화의 형태를 경험적으로 정량화하는 것입니다. 자살 관련 행동(즉, 알코올 사용/오용)의 시간적 차이 패턴과 연관될 수 있는 안정적인 개별 위험 요소(예: 성격, 군대 경험) 및 동적 위험 요소(예: 시간 경과에 따른 스트레스 요인 및 규범적 맥락의 변화)를 식별하기 위해 ) 및 인지(즉, 우울증); 마지막으로 인터넷을 통해 제공되는 간단한 개입이 전환 중인 재향군인 인구의 위험한 행동을 줄일 수 있는지 여부를 결정합니다.
