  • 병리학적으로(조직학적으로 또는 세포학적으로) 등록 이전에 입인두, 후두, 하인두 또는 p16-양성 미지의 원발성 SCCHN의 입증된 진단; 임상적으로 또는 방사선학적으로 잘 정의된 원발 부위가 있는 경부 림프절의 표본이 허용됩니다. 알려지지 않은 원발성 암종 환자의 경우 이는 임상적으로 또는 방사선학적으로 정의된 원발 부위 없이 병리학적 확인에 충분할 것입니다.
