참가자를 대상으로 Efgartigimod PH20 SC의 효능, 안전성, 내약성, 약력학, 약동학 및 면역원성을 평가하기 위한 2/3상, 무작위, 이중 맹검, 위약 대조, 병렬 그룹, 2군, 다기관, 운영상 원활한 연구 활동성 특발성 염증성 근육병증이 있는 18세 이상
이 연구의 목적은 특발성 염증성 근병증(IIM) 참가자를 대상으로 위약과 비교하여 efgartigimod PH20 SC의 치료 반응을 측정하는 것입니다.
피부근염(DM), 면역매개 괴사성 근병증(IMNM) 또는 다발성근염(PM; 항합성효소 증후군[ASyS] 포함)의 특정 기타 하위유형의 IIM 하위 유형을 가진 참가자가 연구에 포함될 것입니다.
치료 반응은 총 개선 점수(TIS)로 측정됩니다.

- 연구가 진행되고 서명된 사전 동의를 제공할 수 있는 관할권에서 동의할 수 있는 능력.
- 특발성 염증성 근병증(IIM)의 확실하거나 가능성 있는 임상 진단
다음 병력 중 하나:
- 피부근염(DM) 또는 소아 피부근염(JDM) 진단, (발병 연령은 스크리닝일로부터 5년.
- 다발근염(PM) 진단(항합성효소 증후군(ASyS) 포함)
- 면역 매개 괴사성 근육병증(IMNM)의 진단
다음 기준 중 적어도 하나의 존재에 의해 정의된 활동성 질병으로 진단됨:
- 중앙 실험실 결과에 근거한 크레아틴 키나아제(CK), 알돌라아제, 락테이트 데하이드로게나아제, 아스파르테이트 아미노트랜스아미나아제(AST), 알라닌 아미노트랜스퍼라아제(ALT) 중 적어도 하나의 비정상적인 수치
- 지난 3개월 이내에 활동성 질병을 나타내는 근전도 검사
- 활동성 피부근염(DM) 피부 발진
- 지난 3개월 동안 활동성 특발성 염증성 근병증(IIM)을 나타내는 근육 생검
- 활동성 염증을 나타내는 지난 3개월 이내의 자기 공명 영상
- 근육 약화
- 특발성 염증성 근병증에 대해 허용된 배경 치료를 받고 있습니다.
- 멸균되지 않은 남성 참가자와 가임 여성의 피임법 사용은 가능한 경우 임상 연구에 참여하는 개인에 대한 현지 규정과 일치합니다. 가임 여성은 시험용 의약품(IMP)을 투여받기 전에 비임신 상태를 확립하기 위해 스크리닝 동안 혈청 임신 검사 결과가 음성이어야 하고 기준선에서 소변 임신 검사 결과가 음성이어야 합니다.
