I. 렐라트리맙(BMS-986016)과 니볼루맙의 병용요법을 받은 환자와 표준 치료 클로로에틸시클로헥실니트로소우레아(CCNU)(로무스틴)를 받은 환자 간의 전체 생존(OS)에 대한 제한된 평균 생존 시간(RMST)을 비교합니다.

2차 목표:

I. relatlimab(BMS-986016)과 nivolumab의 병용요법을 받은 환자와 표준 치료 CCNU(lomustine)를 받은 환자 간의 12개월 OS 비율을 비교합니다.

II. 렐라트리맙(BMS-986016)과 니볼루맙 병용요법을 받은 환자와 표준 치료 CCNU(로무스틴)를 받은 환자 간의 무진행 생존(PFS)에 대한 제한된 평균 생존 시간을 비교하기 위함입니다.

III. Relatlimab(BMS-986016)과 nivolumab의 병용요법을 받은 환자와 표준 치료 CCNU(lomustine)를 받은 환자 간의 방사선학적 반응률을 비교합니다.

ARM I: 환자는 각 주기의 제1일에 30분에 걸쳐 니볼루맙을 정맥내(IV) 투여받은 후 30분에 걸쳐 렐라틀리맙을 IV 투여받습니다. 질병 진행이나 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 주기는 28일마다 반복됩니다. 환자들은 또한 기준 시점과 진행까지 8주마다 그리고 객관적 반응 후 최소 8주 후에 자기공명영상(MRI)을 받습니다. 추가적으로 환자는 연구 기간 동안 수술이나 생검 및 혈액 샘플 수집을 받습니다.

  • 환자는 방사선 치료 및 테모졸로마이드 치료 후 처음으로 교모세포종이 재발해야 합니다.
