Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Lublin is recruiting patients for the clinical trial of Amantadine in the prevention of progression and treatment of COVID-19 Symptoms
The use of amantadine in the prevention of progression and treatment of COVID-19 symptoms in patients infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Multicenter randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, non-commercial clinical trial.
The indicative completion of the clinical trial will be expected in May 31, 2022.
Among primary outcome measures are the Clinical deterioration occurs and Defined as achievement of ≥4 points on the WHO [OSCI-WHO] scale (7-point clinical status assessment scale).
