1) Management of purchase requests
a. Order planning or Processing purchases requests from internal customers on reagents, supplies and services;
b. Sourcing and price bidding
c. Spending analysis
d. Vendor performance analysis
e. Order entry
f. Coordination between the lab requestor and suppliers,
g. Tracking of the order until completed, included but not limited on delivery and any amendments
h. Cooperate with Warehouse team on receipts
i. Dealing any quality issue with vendor

2) System maintenance
a. Generates orders through ERP, according to the creation rules, while maintaining up-to-date purchasing data in ERP.
b. Creates and maintains Item data in the system
3) Payment application
a. Receive invoices and check bills with vendor
b. Submit payment application to Account Department
c. Follow up until payment is paid
