Job Overview

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans which optimize a promotional mix across print collateral, sales tools and media, as well as social, direct and digital marketing to deliver strong campaign results. This role will play a key role in the annual marketing planning process and provide communications expertise while closely working with business partners from marketing and product management to implement plans throughout the year. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines and ROI. The Campaign Manager must navigate a complex cross-functional matrix while serving as part of a central team of communications experts, collaborating with the SMC, Portfolio Marketers and GBU teams, as well as vendors (e.g., media, digital marketing, graphic design, 3rd party agencies, etc.) to develop content and prioritize marketing channels. This role will ensure that we utilize the most effective campaign strategies to drive results. They will be responsible for designing the outbound communications strategy for designated buyer personas or service line campaigns, documenting the campaigns in multi-channel workstreams, coordinating the completion of all associated activities, hiring and managing third party vendors, ensuring all messaging is unified and needs-based, leveraging website content to reflect ongoing campaigns and coordinating with the GBU for a consistent global campaign strategy.Essential Functions

• Devise B2B integrated marketing campaigns by persona or service line, with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.• Leverage multichannel and media platforms to drive lead generation and nurturing (including but not limited to: social, website, email, advertising)• Evaluate the marketing communication requirements of the business, in coordination with marketing managers and develop & execute a campaign plan that drives ROI and demand generation• Coordinate & leverage GBU marketing communication tactics to drive regional lead nurturing and results.• Manage the procedure, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns.• Collaborate with marketing operations on optimizing campaign performance• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external partners and vendors• Work within a budget and report any overspend.• Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns. Ensure a consistent voice/methodology across buyer persona and service line content.• Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.• Deliver regular reports of campaign results to Portfolio Marketers, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.• Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.• Develop master campaign calendar and report out on it quarterly, along with key campaign metrics• Keep abreast of current trends in marketingQualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Clinical medicine / biology/ pharmacy• At least 3 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical company• Good understanding of the Diabetes market place coupled with commercial awareness and knowledge of key market players is a must• Clinical Diabetes background preferred• Has good relationship with KOL of diabetes market preferred• Client focus and demonstrated success in proactive client management• Successful service approach with major key accounts preferred• PC and technical knowledge, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort with learning proprietary software• Good presentation skills• Good communication skills both in Chinese and English• Good teamwork, relationship building and interpersonal skills
