Team Objective

Become a trusted partner with our clients and with different IQVIA departments.

Position Purpose

Support clients daily by delivering the required data in several formats and advise clients on how to use it.

Provide guidance and support to clients as an expert on IQVIA products and services.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • First point of contact for the client: build relationship, set-up of new datasets for existing or new clients, answer all relevant questions or refer to other departments, give training on IQVIA products & services;
  • Monitors performance against existing service agreements and ensures client’s obligations are met;
  • Partners with the Key Account Managers and clients to derive optimum value from IQVIA products & services by explaining and expanding the usage of current IQVIA deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients;
  • Lead and develop opportunities linked to different services within IQVIA;
  • Ensure the contract fulfilment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers;
  • Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality; 
  • Follow IQVIA data verification protocols;
  • Research, analyse and respond to client inquiries;
  • Collaboration with other teams, both onshore and offshore;
  • Produce ad-hoc studies on demand.

Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent
  • A customer-oriented personality with positive drive and a pragmatic, proactive and innovative approach
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work with due dates
  • Able to work willingly and effectively with others in and across a matrix organization
  • Analytical mindset: high interest in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation
  • Affinity for pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC applications: Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
  • Language: Dutch or French and English
  • Project Management skills
