Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist serves as the marketing automation technician and is responsible for managing and executing global campaigns through the MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) in collaboration with key stakeholders while providing email expertise and guidance on best practices. The individual also performs critical related duties such as lead management support; managing marketing data collection; segmentation and list pulls; data hygiene and enhancements; exceptions reports to monitor automation process issues; and data imports into MAP and Salesforce. The Marketing Operations Specialist supports and manages business processes and SLAs required to execute world-class, high-quality, measurable MAP programs and supports the adoption, training, and management of new marketing technologies as added. QualificationsSkills:Campaign execution, lead scoring and lead nurturing programs in marketing automation systemsProficient with advanced data functions in Microsoft Excel (i.e., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
