As the Finance Analyst, you are a key contributor to the overall success of the BU. You will engage with the BU and Division to provide insights into our financial performance and guide performance improvements to achieve our annual goals.

A day in the Life:
  • Supports AOP/MBR/QBR data requests and presentation materials including Divisional level and BU level.
  • Leads in process forecast metrics: backlog, pipe market, factory trending daily/weekly updates.
  • Connects commercial managers/commercial finance with the business initiatives
  • NPD/MDRD product area support focus for return on investment.
  • Product level detailed deep dives pf P&L and ongoing allocation management process
  • Supports ad-hoc requests and cross-divisional/group projects.

Keys to Success:

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related field required; CPA, CMA

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Proven experience applying intellectual curiosity to uncover insights and differentiated outcomes where others could not.
  • Highly skilled in use of information technology such as SAP ERP, Hyperion Financial Management, Cognos and knowledge of relational databases.
  • Solid working knowledge of GAAP with public company / corporate finance experience.
  • Excellent spoken an written communication skills spanning functional and business team members.
  • Well-developed analytical skills, including a solid background in driving actions from data insights and using strong analysis to present a situation to management.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of flexibility and a strong work ethic to get the job done.
