Job Summary

The Global Leadership Services Lead will handle a wide range of advanced administrative, executive support related tasks plus project management and event planning. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are important in this role. The ability to interact with executives - at all levels, across multiple groups, time zones, and in a dynamic environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is also crucial to this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the executive’s calendar, messages, and travel (domestic and international).
  • Manage conflicting appointments/events using keen judgement and manage the executive’s day to day.
  • Coordinate meetings, All Hands events and conference calls/video conferencing.
  • Work on projects supporting key meetings, events, and initiatives.
  • Skillfully communicate and represent the executive(s) and leadership staff with employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Anticipate needs of executive with minimal guidance or direction.

Job Qualifications

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college required.
  • Experience:  3 - 5years related experience required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Certification/Licensure: Notary 
  • Other:  Discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Unwavering commitment.  Excellent computer skills, (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)  Broad understanding of company policies and practices.  Ability to work independently.
