Job Description

The Intern under close supervision, performs a variety of entry-level administrative tasks and special projects; assists in the coordination of administrative activities and analysis of department systems and procedures; and performs related work, as required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Research, compile, tabulate, and analyze data for a variety of administrative and departmental matters Provide suggestions or recommendations with regard to department specific projects Prepare and present reports; draft policies and procedures; respond to requests for information Creates and revises procedures and work instructions as needed to maintain ISO 13485 and ISO9001 compliance. Perform specific tasks related to the actual department vacancy; and performs related duties, as required Perform inspection of parts or other necessary tests if needed. Participates internal and external (customer) audits. Supervision of activities as a local administrator for the databases related to documentation.

Requeriments:

High school degree or equivalent; proof of enrollment in a college or university and work experience paid or volunteer, which demonstrates

the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position.

Experience will be evaluated based on the actual position

- English Level Desirable.

Degree Letter, or documents that confirm education

Good communication and training skills Organized and efficient in daily tasks Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
