Lagermitarbeiter*in / Versandmitarbeiter*in

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Annahme & Prüfung von Wareneingängen (Labor-Verbrauchsmaterialien, Equipment oder Geräte für den Bereich Warenlager)  
  • ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung und Verteilung von Produkten & Chemikalien nach GMP Regularien
  • Erfassung der Wareneingänge im ERP-System (SAP)
  • Digitalisierung von Lieferscheinen in SAP
  • Datenhaltung/-pflege interner Systeme wie SAP, VIM, Jaggaer/Sciquest
  • Platzierung von erforderlichen Bestellungen für die Lageraufstockung
  • Verantwortlich für die Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen, Änderungen und ausstehenden Lieferungen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und den Anwendern bzgl. Lieferzeiten und Zeitpläne
  • Fehllieferungen erkennen, beschädigte Produkte reklamieren sowie Beschwerden bei Lieferanten koordinieren
  • Nutzung von Beförderungsmitteln zum transportieren und Be- & Entladen von Produkten

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise im Bereich Lager / Logistik)
  • sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
  • zuverlässige & verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
