Job title: HR Intern

Group / Division: Global Business Services

Position Location: Budapest, Hungary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who will be part of our Field HR team.

Tasks:

· Creating and analyzing the Onboarding Survey

· Preparing employee related reports (overtime, holiday, headcount etc.)

· Supporting the job of the HR Business Partners

· Scheduling and conducting exit & temperature check interviews

· Supporting the Business Managers in HR related questions

· Administrating employee related data

· Participating in HR related projects, organizing internal Career Fair, etc.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

· Ongoing university studies

· Ability to work min. 30 hours per week

· Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

· Team player and can-do attitude

· High energy with the ability to organize/prioritize workload

· Excellent interpersonal skills needed with the ability to communicate well in a diverse work environment

· English and Hungarian language skills are required for this role
