Senior Manager, HR Business Partner- Office based flex

  • Work with Global Lead HR Business Partner to build Business specific ‘People Plans’ with Business Leadership (SLT).
  • Be the primary HRBP for the function(s) assigned including A2 & below Business Stakeholders, maintaining regular cadence of collaboration via regular 1-1s, leadership meetings and functional team meetings.
  • Partner with Business Leadership to drive change and deliver shared organizational objectives.
  • Using Market Intelligence and industry knowledge develop and implement tailored ‘People Plans’ supporting business strategy goals around key areas such as Talent Development, Leadership, Performance & Reward, Retention, Organizational Design, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Planning, People Leader Capabilities
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement strategic people management programs and initiatives in alignment and support of company and organizational unit goals and objectives. Design and implement HR systems and processes that support strategic business aims.
  • Provide coaching and consulting to organizational unit leadership team to support the company’s overall objectives, foster, and promote the engagement of the company’s core values at all levels.
  • Develop a strong foundation of training, development and succession planning to ensure key capabilities and leadership talent are maintained for organizational unit stability and employee growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with assigned Business Leader stakeholders as agreed with Global Lead HR Business Partner.
  • Act as HR Business Partner to assigned Business Stakeholders, maintaining regular cadence of collaboration via regular 1-1s, leadership meetings and functional team meetings.
  • Provide strategic coaching and consultation to organizational unit leadership team in performance management processes, compensation and remuneration programs, recruitment practices and management decision making.
  • Identify business needs in relation to building people capacity and lead the conversion of these needs into HR strategies/deliverables in partnership with the Global Lead HR Business Partner and the HR centers of expertise to achieve the company.
  • Design and manage key people management metrics that monitor and drive the achievement of corporate/divisional goals and objectives. 
  • Keep up to date and current concerning external market intelligence and use this knowledge to guide the business in their people plans.
  • Create and drive a clear communication strategy for people management programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate/divisional goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement clear workforce planning, organizational design and recruitment/retention strategies that support and enable the achievement of corporate/divisional goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and engagement in alignment with the company’s values. 
  • Strategic initiative planning and development, including, Culture shaping, Change management, Succession planning I leadership development, Organizational diagnosis and design,  Project management, , Culture embedding, Performance Management and workforce  planning
  • Provide a HR advice and guidance service to business leaders on managing change and people resources.
  • Provide coaching services to business leaders.
  • Drive the development of people, culture, and values in the business.
  • Lead on the implementation and delivery of key programs both within the business they support & within HR.
  • Accountable for workforce planning, talent management and performance management in the business

  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical or CRO environment, including significant experience in leading and managing large functional delivery is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills, developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success in the global environment.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR programme delivery, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
  • The ability to evaluate complex situations accurately, identify creative solutions and make decisions that create successful outcomes for stakeholders.
