We're seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager (RM) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role functions as an Account Manager for an assigned sub-region and serves as the liaison to our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner in support of hiring across multiple business groups. This is a highly visible role and is responsible for ensuring seamless translation and execution of business needs to hiring results. The RM will directly contribute to the business deliverables fueled by the exciting growth trajectory of Thermo Fisher Scientific!

A Day in the Life:

  • Partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR to understand hiring demand within the sub-region.
  • Ensure TA Delivery and RPO team are aware of upcoming requisition volumes to allow them to be resourced and prepared.
  • Drive accountability and alignment to SLAs and critical metrics.
  • Collaborate with RPO team to drive sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Close connection with TA Business Partners, ensuring TA strategy alignment at the division and group levels.
  • Lead project based, high volume hiring initiatives.
  • Guide the team in effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Design solutions to complex hiring challenges and timelines.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, anticipating potential issues and concerns, and effectively mitigating escalations when necessary.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • University degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 6+ years experience in full cycle recruiting.
  • Prior experience in RPO, business partnering, project or relationship management is a plus.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining successful customer relationships.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of labor market, talent channels and candidate insights.
  • Ability to use and analyze data to drive improvements and define strategy.
  • Effective communicator - navigates through ambiguity, change and barriers to execution.
  • Ability to guide partners through complex situations and drive successful outcomes while effectively managing expectations.
