Data Science Analyst

This role bridges the gap between the Data Science team and the target functions by translating data-driven recommendations into actionable insights for target functions. You will play a crucial role in validating and communicating the effectiveness of these recommendations to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand their models, methodologies, and the reasoning behind specific recommendations.
• Translate complex data science findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for target functions.
• Develop strategies to validate the effectiveness of data science recommendations through standard testing methodologies.
• Create compelling presentations, training materials, and communication strategies to educate and empower target functions on how to leverage data science insights.
• Facilitate feedback loops between target functions and Data Science, ensuring recommendations are continually refined based on real-world application.
• Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to the target functions.
• Track and report on the impact of data science recommendations on sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working in a sales environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles and statistical concepts.
• Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for a non-technical audience.
• Ability to translate complex data science concepts into clear and actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
