Location/Division Specific Information

This position will be located in our Brno Manufacturing site and be part of the MSD Operations Transformation Office (OTO).

MSD supplies innovative solutions for microscopy. Using scanning and transmission electron microscopes and DualBeam™ FIB-SEMs, combined with advanced software suites, our customers can combine high-resolution imaging with physical, elemental, chemical, and electrical analysis to go from questions to usable data. Our solutions enable customers to push the boundaries of productivity and innovation.

Materials and Structural Analysis impacts everyday life -- medicines and vaccines, transportation, clean energy, devices, food, bridges, technology, and more.

What will you do?
  • Act as process owner for methods and applications enabled by the OTO, such as the Project, Change & Communication Framework (PCCM), Planview PPM-Pro, MSD Operations iConnect, MSD Operations Skills Passport and Viva Engage.
  • Develop and implement processes, work instructions and documentation in alignment with the OTO overall roadmap, and enable product rollout, maintenance, training, coaching and future development of OTO technology.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting, including handling user access and security settings where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Support the Sr Communications Specialist to enable the Operations Communication Roadmap and associated improvements, including maintaining a number of global user interfaces via Sharepoint, Yammer, etc.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Qualified in a recognized PMO Certification, such as Axelos P30/MoP, CB-PMO/IPMO (or equivalent) from an accredited body or demonstrable experience in a Project Management or Transformation Office, ideally in a global environment, working with enterprise applications and processes.
  • Able to perform maintenance tasks such as unlocking user accounts, creating new users, giving access control, resolving user issues.
  • Able to provide training and coaching to new users.
  • Able to follow implicit instructions when needed but also use experience/solid understanding to think creatively to identify process and system enhancements when solving issues.
  • Ideally has experience of using and building reports in PowerBI.
