Site Network Operations Associate

As a Site Network Operations Associate you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the initial contact with potential Site Network partners
  • Manage the following related processes in collaboration with potential Site Network partners:
  • Complete and document the Site Network Questionnaire
  • Schedule, organize, and lead the initial cross-functional introductory virtual meeting between stakeholders and Site Networks
  • Secure relevant confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDA) in collaboration with the CDA team
  • Ensure Vendor Management records are updated timely and accurately

At a minimum, track the following at the Site Network and site-specific level:

  • Selection and utilization metrics
  • Site start-up and activation timelines
  • Subject/Patient screening and enrollment
  • Performance and/or Quality issues

REQUIRED EDUCATION LEVEL:• Bachelor’s Degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:• Two to four years of research site experience (onsite or working with research sites/PIs)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel (experience in manipulation of data including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Teams• Proven ability to prioritize tasks • Demonstrated organizational Skills• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations
