Job Description

Fast-paced and highly professional, PSI Quality Management team is dedicated to ensuring high level of excellence for PSI services and systems. Whether conducting internal audits, assessing new vendors, hosting demanding client auditors, or enforcing QSDs, the Quality Management colleagues provide confidence that we maintain quality in everything we do.

Office-based in Seoul, South Korea

In this role, you will 

  • Provide administrative support to the global Quality Management team
  • Maintain PSI QSDs Intranet and process QSDs lifecycle documentation
  • Support QSD release to clients and external parties
  • Assist with internal and external audits scheduling and preparation
  • Maintain audit and CAPA tracking logs
  • Interact with PSI offices and departments with regard to QM matters
  • Assemble audits documentation

Qualifications

  • College or university degree
  • Administrative experience working in Quality Management
  • Clinical research industry experience is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle basic office equipment
  • Good formatting and proofreading skills
  • Full working proficinecy in English
