Sales Enablement Creative Services Intern

The Creative Services Intern is tasked with helping to transform business objectives into creative concepts, campaigns and assets that can be successfully implemented across a variety of channels and business segments. S/he will be responsible for managing the creative process to create a coherent look and feel to our sales and marketing materials, following established brand guidelines and design templates that reinforce IQVIA’s brand aesthetic, helping enhance positioning, and communicating creative direction for and quality assurance of select creative deliverables such as digital, email, and social communications. Core responsibilities also include workflow process management, collaboration with segment product marketing and go-to-market leads and other internal and external service providers.

Interns will gain experience in go-to-market strategies using multimedia or creative services. Candidates must be highly organized and able to keep track of multiple details. The ability to assert himself/herself when and where details are needed is essential to the success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Go-to-Market:

  • Develop an understanding of IQVIA's go-to-market strategies and how best practice principles are used to develop compelling creative that resonates with our audiences.
  • Apply disciplined marketing hierarchy and prioritization within creative services to drive targeted behavior to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies in the development and execution of creative campaigns.
  • Ensure all work produced is of the highest quality and in line with our brand and design guidelines.

Creative Enablement:

  • Support an efficient workflow process that is scalable as the business grows, adheres to compliance guidelines and that ensures consistency in design deliverables.
  • Support the workflow of creative resources which include an in-house social, creative services, contracted creative services, following creative direction and working within project schedules, and defined campaign execution plans.
  • Work closely with GTM enablement, sales, product marketing Leads and other members of the   corporate marketing teams to prioritize work and refine deliverables, including understanding the request, gathering requirements, defining objectives, deliverables and due dates, planning resources to deliver on the request and negotiating timelines where needed.
  • Support coordination of third-party services and external vendors to supplement internal capacity and existing expertise, including stepping in to complete work or identifying additional resources as required, including event support as needed.
  • Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation and new technology.
  • Remains current on technology and trends in design, both print and digital.

Creative Services Design & Support:

  • Support a process to create and manage social and design requests and serve as the administrator for these tools
  • Support the group's creative services needs for design and project workflow.
  • Support the distribution of assets, content and collateral.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent writing skills in marketing and communications.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and edit videos and social posts.
  • Ability to meet multiple short deadlines simultaneously.
  • Above average interpersonal skills with team orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and problem solve.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task, as well as possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, and email. Eloqua and Salesforce a bonus!)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must be currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • Will consider recent grads and those still in school (junior/senior preferred)
