Warehouse Distribution Coordinator

Parexel’s Depot in Quakertown, PA provided critical supplies for patients participating in clinical trials. We’re currently looking for a full-time Depot Coordinator to assist with getting the Clinical Trial Materials, Ancillaries and Lab Kits into the hands of those who need them.

In this role, you’ll work with and lead team members to ensure compliance with relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines and departmental written procedures.

Your Activities:Optimizing storage space, stock and space managementPrioritizing work and provide guidance to Depot TeamMaintaining production schedulePerforming quality control checksExecuting packaging and labeling including re-labeling proceduresAssisting with Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returnsOversee regular cycle count and physical inventoryAll tasks related warehouse management including production activitiesBeing a resource of production for day to day workProviding production schedule and product specifications to project teamsAssisting and executing in Premise and Equipment general managementMaintaining change management processReporting any issue affecting quality and/or deviationFollowing internal and external (ie.
