Responsibilities

• Liaise with leadership to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
• Lead strategic initiatives with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, industry groups) Effectively collaborate with BD on strategic initiatives Collaborate on and communicate technical resourcing needs/strategy
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

 Requirements

• A strong passion for getting things done, solving real problems, and learning new things. 
• Demonstrated experience leading highly detail-oriented team members to execute across a range of products
• Strong ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
• Deep understanding of agile software development processes (XP, scrum, Kanban, etc) and other project management methodologies
• Software development experience is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of program and project management software (Monday, Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce.com development is a plus
