M&A IT Project Manager

• Lead small to medium sized cross-functional teams in the execution of identified projects.
• Manage, monitor and motivate project teams for completion of tasks.
• Ensure the successful project delivery within scope, budget and on time, following the CIO M&A Integration Framework
• Define project scope and objectives. Create and manage project plans, budgets, risks and issues.
• Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of the scoping, planning, development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
• Manage projects based on scope through final implementation, from initiation, design, planning, execution through close including handover to Service Delivery and Support Teams for Business As Usual Support
• Interface with all stakeholders affected by the project including clients, computer services, vendors and client services.
• Set and enforce project direction with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and manage resource allocations and task assignments within a matrix managed environment.
• Manage the project budget, monitoring expenditure, and costs delivered against the project.
• Report project progress, including but not limited to timelines, risks, issues.
• Manage internal and external project communication to all levels of stakeholders both business and technical teams. Communication includes but not limited to project status and risks, with associated recommendations, to all stakeholders.
• Ensures adherence to M&A Program Framework quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• May be the member of multiple small IT projects.
• Communicate, cooperate and coordinate with other teams within the department and also similar teams at the global and local level.
• Manage change management processes
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT Project Management.
• ITIL practice experience a plus
