font-family: verdana, geneva;">Relevant Degree or equivalent education and experience</span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Thorough understanding of global drug development and the clinical trial project management process, with a special emphasis on patient recruitment and retention</span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Thorough and practical working knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines, including relevant international requirements/guidelines for the conduct of global clinical development programs</span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum Required:</span></h2><ul><li style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Strong experience of Clinical Patient Recruitment.</span></li><li style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Autonomy managing Patient Recruitment for clinical studies. </span></li><li style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Strong clinical research experience.</span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Strong abilities to negotiate and build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.</span></li><li style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">Considerable experience in Clinical Trial Patient Recruitment is required.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">CRAs with a specific interest in, and excellent understanding of global patient recrutiment may be considered.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;
