 Manager of FSP Resourcing

Manage Bench Costs to the FSP Division

  • Lead an effective reassignment process to reduce the amount of time employees are on bench in a non-billable capacity
  • Gain approval on an annual budget target, and track/report monthly and quarterly on target vs actual
  • Close partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders to ensure advanced notification and swift reassignment activity against existing recruiting openings
  • Create strategy and implementation, working with Talent Acquisition leaders, to leverage individual recruiters in full life cycle reassignment process
  • Partner with HR to manage effective separations from bench where all reassignment opportunities have been exhausted

Employee Management of Resources coming to Bench

  • Partner with HR and Operations Leaders to manage the flow of employees coming to bench
  • Drive process improvement to maximize the lead time of notification when an employee is coming to bench
  • Inform Operations of bench process and key priorities to effectively manage throughput coming onto bench
  • Serve as main point-of-contact for all employees coming onto bench

Project Manage Ramp Down efforts

  • Serve as Project Manager on larger ramp down initiatives; partnering with Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Legal leaders to ensure quick and exhaustive reassignment efforts occur across all Parexel opportunities, driving action items, and keeping track of accountable stakeholder activities through regular status updates and meeting cadences
  • Lead reassignment strategy for internal Talent Acquisition and Resourcing teams, creating a plan for most streamlined efforts
  • Serve as the central point of contact for barriers and challenges to be raised and solved by the stakeholders involved

Partner with broader FSO Resourcing for a One Parexel Resourcing Strategy

  • Partner with FSO Resourcing on cross divisional initiatives to ensure effective utilization of all Parexel resources, and most effectively explore all opportunities for current employees on Bench for a One Parexel resourcing strategy
  • Raise challenges and recommendations to FSP Operations for closer opportunistic partnership between Operations teams

Systems & Process Enhancements

  • Eliminate reliance on manual trackers by automating bench tracking spreadsheets, leveraging existing Parexel Workday system
  • Understand at a leadership level what information our key stakeholders need; build additional enhancements into automated tracking based on these needs to enable stakeholders by providing them with real time, detailed, summarized updates, including all the information needed to make informed business decisions
  • Adapt automated trackers in ramp down setting to keep all accountable stakeholders informed of latest reassignment efforts

Overall Program Process Improvement

  • Work with Operations, Finance, FSO Resourcing, HR, Legal to find areas of more streamlined partnership between processes that impact stakeholders within each department
  • Find opportunities within Systems for most effective management, tracking, and reporting of FSP Resourcing activity
