Manages a set of assigned clients to achieve financial goals. The geography of responsibility is 10 – 15 Emerging Biopharma (EBP) clients. 

Provides the key client relationship to clients through relationships with executives and leaders in the client organization within the EBP region. Grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities as well as maintaining and growing existing business

Essential Functions

  • Manage the activities of clients to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned accounts or sales territory
  • Takes proactive role in contract strategy
  • Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new Business and win backs opportunities
  • Will lead negotiations in renewing contracts within assigned accounts
  • Develops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts
  • Provides leadership to internal support teams and coordinates the involvement of IQVIA resources (marketing, sales specialist, consulting, and client Service) in actively promoting the full IQVIA portfolio of products and consulting services offerings to anticipate and meet client needs
  • Develops and execute account plans and monitors progress
  • Adjust plan accordingly to consider new IQVIA products/Service offering as well as significant changes to Business conditions 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 8+ years relevant sales/service or marketing experience Req

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $133,000.00 - $226,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
