Key Activities•    Work with team members contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality programs that meet the needs of clinical development teams•    Lead teams to deliver on all aspects of project activities including briefing, planning, scheduling, budgets, financial reviews, and resourcing, ensuring the deliverables met time and quality goals•    Assess the scope of all assigned project activities / programs and assist in identifying the range and depth of project management support necessary for achieving objectives •    Ensure the completion of set up and maintenance of all project documentation files and records taking responsibility for internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans with project specific information •    Responsible for all financial activities relating to project delivery such as developing budgets, supporting scope development and acceptance, monitoring on project spend, analyzing timesheets and the ongoing forecasting of revenue and margins •    Along with the Clinical Study Lead, act as day to day client contact, as appropriate in collaboration with other Project Managers as necessary. Lead, contribute towards and attend project team meetings as required. •    Tracking actions from meetings as appropriate and providing timely and regular updates to Account Teams on progress and actions as necessary •    Deliverables include content in the form of presentations, videos, infographics and more; facilitated training events and workshops in person and virtual; other training as defined by the study team and sponsor. The Project Manager is the central point of contact in organizing the team for the creation and delivery. 

Project Management•    Establish scope, timeline and budget•    Ensure projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget•    Resource activities within the project or program•    Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project•    Manage scope changes•    Coordinate with internal and external parties for delivery•    Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders•    Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks•    Report status and escalate to upper management as and when needed•    Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation•    Understand project and program management methodologies•    Compliance to Project Management methodologies and other project management activities including tools for the project(s) and/or multi-project program(s) delivery and project management data sources.

Qualifications•    5 years of project management experience with 1-3 years in the pharmaceutical industry or training development•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•    Good problem-solving skills•    Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics•    Strong influencing and negotiation skills•    Proven leadership skills•    Excellent customer service skills•    Sound judgment and decision-making skills•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•    Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications•    Competence in Project Management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet•    Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management Competencies such as planning, scope management, risk and issue management among others•    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
