Join our team today as . Due to CIO M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) department growth we are opening this position who will focus primarily on IT integration projects work. Each project is unique, so you will be helping design solutions for a variety of problems/tasks. In this role you will impact how efficiently business synergies through technology solutions are realized. We are looking for a proactive candidate with strong analytical & leadership skillset to maintain highest standards of technology portfolio offering across the company. We maintain positive collaborative environment within our team and would support successful candidate for any enablement such as IQVIA M&A processes & such. Successful candidate will be able to work to support EMEA time zone.

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in the IT industry
  • Experience of IT infrastructure services – data centers, migrations, architecture, solution design
  • Experience of on-prem and cloud infrastructure and has prior experience as an architect
  • Experience in IT Project Management
  • M&A IT experience preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with architect & technical teams to support the following activities:
  • Translates high-level system design into detailed architectural specifications with emphasis on visual representation of systems, their components, and interactions
  • Understand systems and prepare architectural and engineering documents to convey this to the wider organization
  • Has and develops understanding of various industry standards, best practices, architectural frame works 
  • Provide technical infrastructure support as and when needed and who can provide technical project management assistance to the projects by interacting with various infrastructure teams and getting the infra provisioned.
  • Design, define, recommend various solutions pertaining to infrastructure 
  • Maintain technical infrastructure design, policies, process and all its related documentation
  • Prepare operational and capital costs estimate for proposed solutions. 
  • Identify business cost and license assessment of current, interim and end state planning of acquisition infrastructure
  • Interface with all stakeholders affected by the project including internal/external stakeholders & vendors
  • Manage, monitor and motivate project teams for completion of tasks.
  • Report project progress, including but not limited to timelines, risks, issues.
  • Escalate critical issues & risks to key leadership stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
  • Manage change management processes
  • Manage project plan tasks relating to IT infrastructure integration, issues & risks
