Clinical Trial Assistant - Clinical Monitoring

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Clinical Monitoring team in Prague. This position will work on the clinical monitoring team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. • Perform a variety of support tasks for departmental personnel/processes
• Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures;
• Maintain databases/spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities;
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary;
• Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

• High school diploma and some relevant professional experience;
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook;
• Knowledge and organizational skills to perform day-to-day departmental support activities;
• Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties; and
• Excellent command of Czech and English .
