What are we looking for?

We are seeking for a driven and self-motivated Human Resource Manager (HRM) to join our organization to provide expert advisory and strong support for our divisional senior commercial leaders in the Southeast Asia region! This role requires a strategic thinker, a problem solver who is also hands-on, proven track record of crafting and implementing strategies that drive overall organisational Success. You have an eye for business, agile, a strong collaborator who can effectively influence leaders to drive outcomes that matter. Able to work with various collaborators and supporting functions to provide solutions and finding a better way of doing things every day!

What are you accountable for?

You will be responsible for driving human resource strategies that align with the overall business objectives, people priorities and shape workforce culture that is align to our 4i values - Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement.

Your breadth of experiences comprise of deep understanding of various HR reference practices, all aspects of HR which include talent attraction, talent development and retention, organisational design and re-design, change management, workforce planning and optimisation, performance management (a bias for a high performance culture), employee relations and investigations, employee's engagement, compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior commercial leaders to understand their business goals, challenges, and talent needs.

  • Build and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the achievement of business objectives.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on all aspects of HR for example drive recruitment and selection process to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool that will help the business meet its growth trajectory and etc.

  • Create and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work culture.

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and address talent gaps to build a strong bench strength for succession planning.

  • Analyze key people metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement .

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively share knowledge with senior leaders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experiences in HRM and Strategic HR Manager roles.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment.

- HR certification (e.g. IHRP, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
