Import & Export Specialist

Job Description

Position Summary:  Handles hazardous chemical logistics activities including shipment arranging , customs declaration ,coordinating export and import order fulfillment, provide interface with value-stream and commercial on logistics  information and problem resolution. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing documents including declaration, invoice , packing list , purchase order and necessary documents for customs declaration.
• Handling customs declaration , products inspection and communication with the broker and the Customs
• Following Customs clearance procedure and tracking shipping schedule
• Handle all application of certifications as required by government mandated to import , export.
• Experience on OFFICE and CMS software in the daily work.
• Displays effective interpersonal & communication skills (internal/external)
• Delivers information in terms logistics supplier & associates understand.
• Cost control and bill checking

Qualifications:

Knowledge or Experience:

• Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience, preferred and demonstrated performance of appropriate entry level skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience on customs clearance about hazardous chemical.
