Payment Specialist

Day to Day:

  • Contract administration - reviewing investigator contracts for associated budgets and payment terms to determine payment requirements
  • Reviewing system budget set-up and payee details
  • Maintaining integrity, timeliness and accuracy of Investigator Grant payments (payments to Doctors, Hospitals, Pharmacy and other institutions)
  • Reviewing monitored data to initiate payments
  • Generating payment requests for Investigators and reconciling to subsequent invoice received
  • Participating in team calls regarding budget interpretation and set up
  • Contacting Investigator sites throughout the Asia Pacific region to resolve payment issues
  • Reviewing payments made by Accounts Payable to ensure accuracy
  • Communicating with project teams, sites and Accounts Payable
  • Monthly project reviews

Requirments:

  • Highly organized, detail driven and a strong communicator.

  • Previous administration experience is preferred however full training will be provided
  • An Undergraduate degree or Masters level qualification is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • Experience in providing outstanding customer service and maintaining professionalism with internal and external parties.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail
