Uro-Oncology National Sales Manager

In this role, you will lead, coach, and manage a national field team. This is an opportunity toserve as a second-line sales leader responsible for setting the vision and direction for a team of Uro-Oncology Business Managers within their assigned region.You will:

  • Lead the successful execution of the Commercial launch strategy nationally, measured by launch MBOs and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a business plan that integrates cross-functional organizational capabilities that align with national and area strategy.
  • Lead team to achieve or exceed sales objectives at launch and beyond.
  • Develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) and thought leader support, advocacy groups, and others that can and will impact treatment and disease state management.

Essential Requirements:

  • A bachelors degreeis required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of National or Regional Sales Director experience in a 2nd line leadership role is required.
  • Buy and bill and Medicare Pare B experience required.
  • Experience working in Oncology and/or Urology is highly preferred, rare disease experience is valuable.

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience in selling and leading teams in specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement, J code experience preferred.
  • Proven track record coaching, developing, and promoting direct reports, while consistently delivering exceptional sales results.
