Job Description

If you are an enthusiastic legal professional, you may be the expert we are looking for to join our global team. As a Junior Legal Counsel you will review and negotiate contracts in close cooperation with the project teams and provide legal advice on employment, data protection, and other corporate matters.

Your role will include:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating clinical trial agreements and other contracts for the Czech Republic
• Adapting company contract templates to the requirements of clients, hospitals, investigators, medical specialists, and vendors
• Preparing, reviewing, and drafting corporate documents and other legal documents in Czech and English
• Advising and supporting on compliance with clinical research legislation, company law, employment law, data protection and other legislation
• Providing training in legal matters to other PSI departments
• Researching and analyzing various legal matters
• Assisting in other legal matters

Qualifications

• Law degree from a university in the Czech Republic
• Full professional working proficiency in Czech and English
• Sound knowledge of commercial, corporate, and contract law, as well as other relevant legislation
• Legal contract drafting and review skills
• Good communication, negotiations, and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
