This role supports the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division for the Asia Pacific & Japan region.  

  • Support Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division in APJ, across FP&A workstreams including forecast, variance analysis, business reviews and reporting, with a focus on P&L analysis and working capital. 
  • Work with countries to pro-actively identify opportunities and actions that will drive improvements in working capital and operating expenses.
  • Perform pricing analysis and identify drivers for pricing gain/loss.
  • Support price realization forecast process, work with Country Finance to rationalize forecasts and drive actions to achieve targets.
  • Support, maintain and drive optimization of analytics/dashboards driven by Regional FP&A team
  • Validate sales commission payout (agent fee to 3rd party) and ensure the documents / process are in line with SOP
  • Support sales operations analysis to help with Regional Commercial leadership decision-making and identify actionable items to improve results
  • Support and coordinate annual operating plan at regional level and prepare analysis for executive review. 
  • Utilize Hyperion Planning for forecast and planning loading.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks / projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in accountancy, Finance or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills, ability to navigate and influence in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, organized and possesses a keen learning attitude.
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, detailed and hands-on
  • Confident, adaptable, able to multi-task, manage priorities and work under pressure.
