Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a professional environment within the healthcare public relations and/or communications industries 

• Experience and interest in healthcare communications (required); experience in beauty/aesthetics (preferred), experience on global accounts and with data/pipeline communications (preferred), experience with celebrity and influencers (preferred), experience on event planning (preferred)

• Proven experience in client relations, plan development and budget management 
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment 
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and third-parties 
• Drive to be a self-starter/self-motivator

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
