Job Description

The Digital Science Solutions Sales Operations Analyst II for India will be responsible for commercial operations in India ensuring that new opportunities are generated, booked, billed and paid.  The role will support the Digital Science Solutions Inside Sales, Account Management, Services, Contract Renewals, and Finance teams for India and will develop and track opportunities using global systems and will create quotes, book orders and invoice customers using regional systems.  The analyst will coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure that operations in India are successful.

Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Lead Qualification and Generation

  • Qualify inbound leads ensuring successful transfer of opportunities to Account Managers
  • Conduct outbound campaigns to generate leads and identify prospects who would benefit from our products or services.

Account Management / Services New Bookings:

  • Assist sales team in processing new product and services bookings
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate status regularly with stakeholders

Contract Renewals:

  • Manage contract renewals, including quotes, order booking, invoicing, and bank guarantee (BG) submission.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, such as customers, line managers, and finance, to ensure smooth invoicing and BG processes.
  • Upload invoices into customer portals and track for future reference.
  • Maintain billing schedules and follow up on overdue payments.

Finance

  • Coordinate with country and divisional finance teams to ensure accurate customer billing and related intercompany charges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
  • Experience in creating quotes, booking, invoicing, and order processing.
  • Experience in Inside Sales
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce
  • Familiarity with LIMS or similar systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of intracompany billing processes is preferred.
