Job Description

Overview of business:As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide operational support, application support, customer training, etc. for analytical and analytical instruments manufactured and sold by our company.

Business content: Responds to inquiries from customers and dealer engineers via telephone and email. Provide training to customers and dealer engineers. Customers are mainly pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers throughout Japan.

Required Experience/Skills Ability to communicate with internal and external parties directly and indirectly as required. Working experience and application knowledge of ion chromatography. General PC knowledge. English proficiency to the extent that manuals can be read. May need to contact overseas factories in English.

Preferred experience and skills Experience as a service engineer or application support for analytical instruments, especially ion chromatography. Experience working for a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturer or research institute, and experience using equipment other than ion chromatography.
