Clinical Trial Assistant

As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customer’s drugs and devices through innovative solutions.

You will play a vital client facing line management role, embedded in our clients business.

What you will be doing:

• Mainly providing support locally (90% local and 10% regional)
• Main responsibilities:
  • Contracts
  • Invoicing
  • Translation
  • Update systems/milestones
  • Filling submissions documents
  • Book shipping/postage
  • Order site-material
  • Coordinating site staff meetings

You are:

• Experienced CTA (minimum 2 years) within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and able to prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business
• Strong IT skills
• Strong communication with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Fluent in English and German
