Wir suchen einen Außendiensttechniker für unseren Standort für mikrobielle Lösungen in

Deutschland für die Norddeutschland. Die folgenden Verantwortlichkeiten beziehen sich auf den Außendiensttechniker:

  Bieten Sie kundenorientierte technische Reparatur- und Wartungsdienste für Endotoxin schnell an Laborinstrumente zum Nachweis von biologischer Belastung und mikrobieller Wirkung vor Ort beim Kunden. Planen und Durchführen von Vor-Ort-Servicebesuchen in einer zugewiesenen Region für Produktinstallationen. jährliche Qualifizierung, routinemäßige vorbeugende Wartung und Analyse der Produktleistung. Bieten Sie Kunden technische Unterstützung und Problemlösung per Telefon, E-Mail oder vor Ort Führen Sie alle erforderlichen Außendienstaktivitäten und -dokumentationen aus, die je nach Bedarf zugewiesen wurden Produkt-, Kunden- und / oder Standardanforderungen an die Betriebsabläufe. Unterstützung des Außendienstpersonals bei Produktvorführungen, Neukundenschulungen und Produktvalidierungen. Verantwortlich für das Ausfüllen aller vom Unternehmen geforderten Service- und Compliance-Unterlagen, cGMP und FDA. Verantwortlich für die Lösung von Problemen mit dem Service von Laborgeräten für Kundentests.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

•    Einen Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Chemie, Mikrobiologie, Biologie oder einer gleichwertigen Qualifizierung

•    Reisebereitschaft (häufig und gelegentlich kurzfristig)

•    Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
