• Proven experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing setting
• Strong technical skills and ability to operate various test equipment
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to compete and excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
