Whatyou will do:

As a Proposal Coordinator with Parexel you willsupport the pre-sales proposal development activities; attend kick-off, strategy, and budget review calls. Set up initial proposal workspaces, adding RFP (Requests for Proposals) information, team assignments and maintain systems with proposal owner. In addition, you will request vendor quotes. At proposal completion you will confirm all final documents are loaded and locked into Parexel’s systems. You may simultaneously support 10+ proposals and collaborate with many stakeholders.

Additionaldetails:

• One to Two years in administrative role preferred

• Previous experience with CRM systems preferred, SharePoint preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
