Project Manager - Patient Voice

Location: either Madrid or Athens

Global Perspectives is a fast-growing company with a mission to help scientists improve health outcomes through a better understanding of patients and their treatment preferences.

We’re looking for a Patient Supporter to join our team in Parque Tecnológico de Llanera, Asturias.

Patient Supporter is a key role within Global Perspectives: they come up with one-of-a-kind strategies to find and engage patients all over the world and put them in contact with the latest studies related to their condition.

What the role looks like

• This position is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking to a wide variety of people around the world, especially with people in the US, UK, Spain, France, and Germany.
• Large part of the day is spent engaging with patients via Facebook, Instagram, and other Social Media channels
• Use a combination of digital and off-line channels to search for patients
• Support patients by explaining and helping them with the different clinical study steps
• Full training will be given in the first four weeks

 What you need to apply

• Social Media is your passion, and you believe is the best way of bringing people together.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your time effectively.
• Full proficiency level in English, and experience living or studying in an English-speaking country.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills and a desire to talk to patients around the world to help them take part in scientific studies both via the telephone, email and social media
• Good IT and MS Office skill
• University Degree in a subject of your interest. We see that people with English Studies, Foreign Languages, Tourism, Marketing or Social Media background enjoy the role
