Field Service Engineer Medical Equipment Norway

We are looking for people who have medical equipment and devices engineering experience who are happy to be in the field travelling to support our customers.

IQVIA MedTech provide services to medical equipment manufacturers, as a result the type of work and medical equipment will vary depending on which client each project is for, ranging from regulatory recall, fault correction, upgrades, servicing, or removal-based work.  The current product line being supported is a software update to an infusion pump device, this project will commence and be completed in early 2024 (Q1).  

You will work on short term projects as a freelancer, contractor or similar and be paid an hourly or day rate for the work you carry out and will have a flexible schedule and an opportunity to grow and expand into new opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience as a field technician in a clinical environment
• Military experience in Biomedical Engineering or transferable technical field
• CBEC 1 or 2
• Or degree in Biomedical Engineering or higher
• Ability to travel to Hospitals within Norway, an unrestricted and valid driver license and reliable transportation is required for this position.
