Objective:Lead regional Protein and Cell Analysis (PCA) Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) team, collaborate with account sales teams to drive business growth, achieve target, by providing technical solutions and support to customers.  Help BU leader and Sr TSS manager to work out growth strategies, and lead regional TSS team to execute. Help to build up company’s images of leading sciences in life sciences.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for business growth target, including BID total revenue, PCA target, and selected core products growth.
  • Act as a critical role in identifying growth opportunities and making PCA regional growth strategies.
  • Work with national TSS leader to develop TSS working mechanism, like setting up regional and individual TSS goals, metrics to measure their outcomes, reviewing business progress, formulating mechanism of collaborating with sales teams.
  • Arrange day to day work and projects within team.
  • Recognize, motivate and care team to maximize their sense of achievement.  Educate and coach team to strengthen professionalism and business acumen.
  • Provide necessary support such as technical proposal, on site seminars, and in-depth technology conversations, Demo with customers to acquire and retain customers.
  • Drive growth by BID scope initiatives by leading cross function collaborations.
  • Collect market dynamics information, customer’s application trend and competition updates, communicate with marketing, peer sales teams and other functions, to help to analyze impact, counter measures, either for short term or long term business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experiences of leading a team, or demonstrated potential of people manager is preferred.
  • Proven record as positive, visionary, can-do attitude, agile in business, good interpersonal relationship management, willing to support others.  
  • Strong desire to achieve target and self-fulfillment are essential.
  • Requires a PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field; or the equivalent knowledge and industry/functional experience.
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years work experience; Experience with technical sales, account management is preferred.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Self-motivated and ability to work independently; Strong organizational ability to successfully work and get things done in teams
