Quote Writer​

As Quote Writer you write quotes for the Clinical Label Services department based on request of the Project Management. In this role you are in contact with your internal clients to make sure to fulfill their requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build Quotes for Clinical Label Services in the different quoting systems
• Use label prices list and client specific price-lists
• Perform double checks of quotes written by other team members

Your Qualification:

• Professional degree, preferably in a back office and or client services field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
• Good knowledge of German and English (mainly written)
• Proficiency in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Requires strong and effective communicator with the ability to efficiently present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
