Depot Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

An opportunity exists for a Depot Customer Service Administrator in the Life Sciences and Laboratory Products Group of Thermo Fisher Scientific. This position offers the right candidate a key position and will provide opportunities for career development and growth. The position is in Tewksbury, MA USA.

How will you make an impact:

You will enable our customers to help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by providing maintenance, repair, and calibration equipment solutions.

What will you do:

• Connect with customers on service subjects such as quotes, issues found during repairs and updates to purchase orders based on approvals by the customer.
• ​Handling Work Orders in the CRM to ensure that work completed on a customer asset is detailed sufficiently to provide a service record for the asset. 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data entry / administrative role communicating with customers and supporting customer service relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical school preferred.Ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment.
• Good computer skills including an understanding of Windows, Word, Excel, and Access
